Band Name(s): The Simon Sisters
Genre: Pop, Rock
Greatest Hit: "You're So Vain" (1979)

In the 1970s, Carly Simon recorded one of the best songs about self-obsessed significant others, "You're So Vain." It was just one of the many hit records that she dropped in that time; she had 13 Top 40 hits in the decade. In 1988, her song "Let the River Run" landed her a Grammy, an Academy Award, a Golden Globe. By 1994, she was inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame. However, she's not the only who's constantly inspired to write brilliant music; Simon has a history of being a muse to famous men, including Cat Stevens and former husband James Taylor.
