In the digital world, Rihanna is queen. According to a new report by Neilsen Soundscan and Billboard, she is the best-selling digital artist of all time, with 47.5 million digital downloads sold. That's about five million more than the second place Black Eyed Peas, who came in with 42.4 million. The real Slim Shady, Eminem, was an inch behind with 42.29 million and Beyoncé, Kanye West and Lil Wayne all made the Top 10.
