According to early reports, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has been determined by a team of sexiness experts to be the Sexiest Man Alive. People, the same "magazine" that recently released its Most Deplorable Man Alive issue, made the call early Tuesday morning. For Johnson, the latest honor is all in a day's work:

"I said, 'That's awesome,'" Johnson recalled when asked how he reacted to beating out all the other living sexy people. "And then what went through my mind was just how cool and exciting it is. And then I thought, 'Wow, we've pretty much reached the pinnacle.' I'm not quite too sure where we go from here. I've done it all, this is it."
