A guy whose voice is now known for encouragingly narrating a social media video of stay-at-home order ignorers has now been charged with violating that stay-at-home order.

25-year-old Rashaan Davis was arrested on Saturday, perUSA Today, and charged with a misdemeanor including the violation of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's coronavirus-inspired order. In the video, which sees Davis participating in weekend activities that defied social distancing recommendations, he can be heard saying "We don't give a fuck about the coronavirus."

As police explained in the arrest documents, Davis not only violated the order himself, he also encouraged others to do the same.

"[Davis] narrates a video of himself and others openly defying the order, causing even greater risk of contamination during this national health crisis," documents state of Davis' video-documented behavior. "At the time of his arrest, there were over 55 thousand views of the post."

Per a separate regional report from Fox 19, Davis' bond was set at $350,000.

"Due to the complete disregard for public safety, [the Cincinnati Police Department] requests a high/no bond for arrested until he can personally appear before a judge/magistrate," Lt. David Schofield said in documents.

In response to news of Davis' arrest, which was spread rapidly as of Monday afternoon, the issue of religious leaders who are also violating orders and/or encouraging their followers to do the same has been broached:

In short, as Samuel L. Jackson recently reminded us all by way of poetry, STAY THE FUCK AT HOME.
