If you roast fits, promote brands, or update people on every second of your life, Twitter is without a doubt your go-to platform. The platform turns 10 years old today; in a quick decade, Twitter has been able to survive Kanye West rants, keep itself at 140 characters, and make the smallest of stories massive headlines using only hashtags. There's been social movements started, we lost 'favorite' stars to 'like' hearts, but most importantly, Kim Kardashian and Amber Rose made peace posting a selfie together.
To celebrate its accomplishments, Twitter released a timeline of what it believes to be its biggest moments, including but not limited to Leo’s infamous Oscar win and the arrival of the royal baby… but there’s something a lot better and a LOT more entertaining for the rest of us. Awhile back Twitter released a tool that allows you to look back at any Twitter users’ first tweet by simply typing in their handle as opposed to scrolling through years of tweets—potentially 10 of them. You can look at whomever you want, but we took the liberty of finding the 15 best, funniest and most random tweets from some of our favorite brands.
