Kanye West's adidas Line Was Inspired by a Kardashian's Body (But Not Kim's)

A Kardashian inspired Kanye West's adidas line, but probably not the one you think.

One of the reasons Kanye West's debut line for adidas was lauded by the critics was because it cast models that were racially diverse and had unique bodies that you typically don't see on the runway. It turns out that West had a very specific vision for the bodies in the line and even used one of the Kardashian's as inspiration, however it wasn't his wife Kim's, according to Grazia.

In a cover story with Women's Health, Khloé Kardashian, whose body recently killed it on Complex's cover as well, revealed that she served as West's "body muse" for his collection. "Kanye was like, ‘I want you to come and be a fit model,'" Khloé told Women's Health, according to Grazia. "And I was like, ‘Did you mean to call Kylie [Jenner]?' And he was like, ‘No, I'm calling you. Your body vibes are my influence this year.'"

We're less surprised that Khloé's on-point (and not-be-fucked-with) body served as inspiration than we are that West turned to his wife's sister, and not his wife, for body inspiration.
