You probably know Mr. Hare for its shoes, but the brand just dropped its debut clothing collection at London Collections: Men earlier this week. The result is an interesting mixture to say the least. It only gets more intriguing when you watch the super turbo short film that accompanies it. Some of the gear in the film doesn't show up in the presentation, but between the two, it looks pretty chock-full of all the shit we dig like long, tunic-like shirts, smart outerwear choices and a lot of eclectic inspiration. There are a couple of lightweight bombers, which are harder to cut and shape correctly than you probably imagine, and button-up shirts with off-center plackets that veer hard to the shoulder. Only the brave will lay their hands on those. It feels very drum major or almost Galactic Senate-inspired. Don't approach unless you're fully confident in your abilities. You can expect this stuff to pop up on the likes of Mr. Porter when S/S 16 collections start shipping out.
