Finding the right pair of shades can be rather difficult. Sure, you can pick up the cheap $20 pair and watch them break the very same day. You could also go out and drop some money on some quality Ray-Bans, but everyone has those. With Garrett Leight California Optical's new Mod Shop you can design your new pair of shades at home, and have them sent right to your doorstep.
The Mod Shop is a full, rotating, 3D render of a variety of Garrett Leight sunglasses that you can edit from lens to frame (think of it like Nike ID, but with sunglasses). The frames include five different models, ranging from a classic Wayfarer-shaped "Brooks" frame, to the bookish "Hampton" design. The colors of the fades vary from frame to frame, but each option can be converted to have a matte finish. Lens colors go from a simple grey polarized glass, to the very wavy "Galaxy Mirror CR-39."
