A.P.C. is making use of the surplus fabric it has been collecting for the past 27 years. Instead of just tossing them out, the French brand has turned them into beautiful quilts that use a combination of chambray fabrics and tiny floral prints.
The patchwork collection includes a tote, a pencil case, and a cushion shaped in the form of a cat just to name a few. But most important, there’s also a large quilt blanket you can just toss over your bed to replace that raggedy blanket you’ve been keeping around. If there were anyone who could make you consider purchasing something like your grandmas old past time, it'd be designer Jean Touitou.
The collection is available at A.P.C.'s West 4th location at the address below.
