Over the long weekend, the final collections were shown in Paris. From A.P.C. to Acne to Ami to A.Wang's Balenciaga, the name of the game at the end of was minimalism. That's not to say there wasn't any excitement during the shows. In fact, Umit Benan unveiled one of Paris Fashion Week's most talked-about collections (his first in the city of lights), a Jackie Robinson-inspired offering that had certain editors praising his use of exclusively African American models.
