Organized and curated by the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam, Mike Kelley's retrospective will be on show at MoMA PS1 beginning October 13 and ending February 2. The exhibition will be the largest of Kelley's work to-date and will occupy the entire museum, the first to do so in 25 years.

Mike Kelley worked in a variety of mediums over his 35-year career including painting, video, sculpture, and performance. His work was often personal and revolved around themes of repressed memories, transcendence, class relations, sexuality, and a host of other ideas that are approached by keenly examining mass culture to, in his words, "discover what is hidden, repressed within it."

"Mike Kelley" will showcase 200 of the artist's work from the 1970s up until 2012 when he took his own life at the age of 57. Visit for more information.
