Sometimes art can come from aggression and there's nothing like the angst that comes from spoiled romance. Frustrated with the New York dating scene, designers Jessica Walsh and Timothy Goodmanhave unveiled their project "40 Days of Dating," an interesting exploration of love and art that has the potential to unite the two.

But the project isn't just a whole bunch of dates. They are documenting their courtship on their website with the help of eighty designers and illustrators. They two also complete questionaires that contain their reflections on their outings, revealing experiences everyone can relate to:
We really love the videos that they have created for the series. As pictured above, they are willing to suffer an assortment of mice crawling over them for their art. They also have an encounter with a sumo wrestler, a chainsaw, and dripped goo with feathers (just look at the video):
