For her exhibition Here and There at Pace Gallery in London, artist and architect Maya Lin has created models that visually depict the world's changing geography as its watersheds are disappearing. Exclusively using marble, wood, silver, and steel in each of her sculptural representations, the artist builds scaled down versions of topographies affected by the changing water supply. Her works embrace art and science at the same time, as creativity makes way for interpretation through logic.
