People who are not fans of fur may not want to read this: Marc Jacobs' "faux fur" jackets have been found to contain canine hair, NY Daily Newsreports. The Humane Society (an independent organization) has found jackets from the designer that contained Chinese raccoon dog fur at Century 21 locations.

The organization along with with New York assembly member Linda Rosenthal conducted independent tests, and found the lower-grade canine fur to be found on garments from the designer's Marc by Marc Jacobs line.

Jacobs has not responded to the claims, but Century 21 issued a statement saying, “Century 21 does not create garment labels, the manufacturers do.”

Will this be PETA's next case?
