INSA is one of the leading artists using the Internet like the street, while also killing it with each of his various commissions and projects. Instead of simply doing a cool mural and leaving it at that, he makes these GIFs of his work to show they function in the world after he's completed them.
This painting in particular was a "commission for a private art collector whose husband also has a fairly serious collection of cars." INSA took to his blog to share the garage, which apparently is one of many at the family's home in Luxembourg.
