Karl Lagerfeld has finally sold his Gramercy Park apartment, after years of lowering his asking prices. Since purchasing the property in 2006, the designer had never moved in, and had to accept an offer $2.25 million less than what he had originally paid. The unit has been reported to receive poor natural lighting and demands high maintenance costs, which may have been reasons for its delayed sale at a reduced price offer.
