Bruce Jones, president of U.S. Submarines, Inc., and it includes 25 guest suites, a spa, a 100-seat restaurant, a bar/lounge, a fitness center, a conference room/wedding chapel/theater, and a dive shop. If the "private island" part scares or intimidates you, then you'll like the fact that Poseidon has 51 additional luxury units (including 24 beachside bungalows). Put simply, once they're able to complete this project, it'll be a huge feat of architecture and luxury.
