San Francisco is famous for cold and foggy summers, but more often than not, the clouds over the Bay will open up and deliver some sun for the Fourth of July. This July 4, Thrasher magazine opened the doors of their Double Rock skate park, located in SF, in honor of another special occasion: the launch of the Levi's® x Nike 511™ Skateboarding line.
Skateboarders, photographers, family, and friends gathered to celebrate the birth of the Levi's® and Nike SB collaboration with barbecued brats and copious amounts of beer. On our nation's birthday, Levi’s® shipped 900 limited edition pairs of skateboard-exclusive 511™ jeans to various shops around the country, and if that’s not reason to party then we're not sure what is.
