Jamaica is celebrating 50 years of independence this year. Al Fingers and Shimmy Shimmy present their own celebration, in the form of an exhibition detailing the role of art and design in Jamaican dancehall culture. The show is running through July 13 at the British Arts And Street Sounds Festival in Birmingham, England.

Included are album sleeves by Limonious, Jamaal Pete, and Tony McDermot. Famed poster designer Sassafras is also well represented.
