The word "vase" likely brings to mind your mom's flowers, wilting, dying and gathering dust in the corner of your kitchen growing up. But forget all that:  Japanese studio Torafu Architects just debuted two new air vases called Gradation and Cube. The two geometric, 3D patterns are printed on both sides of a paper disk, which are then cut so the user can pull and shape them into whatever desired shape he/she wants. But um, don't put water in these...they're paper. [Today and Tomorrow]
