Following the failed experiment of wearing matching grey suits for Game 3, every Cleveland Cavaliers player came to Bankers Life Fieldhouse before Game 4 in black suits.
Having tied the series, the Cavaliers’ decision to wear an outfit synonymous with funeral attire before the game seems odd considering the team is nowhere close to putting away the Pacers.
Maybe the Cavaliers are playing some sort of mental warfare with themselves by attending their own funeral in the matching black suits. If that’s the case, Twitter was more than willing to give the Cavs hell for their choice of clothing.
After a close win, the matching black suits schtick appears to be working for the Cavs. Maybe they should wear black next game as well.
