If you haven’t noticed by now, there are a lot of people who think Kevin Durant is a snake for leaving the Thunder in the summer of 2016—and they’re not afraid to use social media to let him know it. Even though it’s been well over a year now since KD fled OKC, his Instagram comments are still routinely filled with snake emojis, and a search of "durant snake" on Twitter turns up plenty of recent hits.

What do you call a snake that is 7 feet tall?

KD doesn’t seem to care that so many people think he’s a snake, though. Recently, he joked about how he’s thought about getting a snake tattoo. And after the Warriors knocked off the Spurs by 20 on Thursday night, KD trolled all of his haters by showing up for his post-game chat with reporters while wearing a Jake "The Snake" Roberts T-shirt. It did not go unnoticed.

This is strangely reminiscent of the time LeBron Jamestrolled the Warriors with a WWE T-shirt after beating them in the 2016 NBA Finals.

It seems like there’s a WWE shirt for just about everything these days if you’re an NBA player.
