Watch Steph Curry Sink More Than 100 Shots in Warmups for a Good Cause

Steph Curry donated three mosquito-proof nets for every shot he made during warmups last night.

Several years ago, Steph Curry partnered with the charity Nothing But Nets, which focuses on putting an end to malaria by providing people who live in countries throughout Africa with mosquito-proof nets. It was a cause that his college roommate at Davidson got him interested in and one that he's stayed connected to since turning pro. At the beginning of the 2012-13 season, he even began donating three "insecticide-treated mosquito nets" to the campaign for every three-pointer he made.

Last night, before the Warriors narrowly edged the Trail Blazers in Game 5 of their playoff series to advance to the Western Conference Finals, the campaign got a big boost as Curry agreed to up the ante and donate three nets for every single shot he made during warmups. And the nets added up quickly, because as we've pointed out in the past, Curry takes and makes a lot of shots before games.

The NBA posted footage of Curry running through his pregame routine on Facebook, and while it was difficult to keep up with all of his shots, we sat and tried to count every last one. It appears as though Curry made roughly 111 shots, which works out to more than 330 mosquito-proof nets.

If you doubt our ability to count or just want to count all of Curry's makes for yourself, watch the entire 20-minute clip above. Once you're done, you can also go here to make a donation to Nothing But Nets. It's a small price to pay to help a good cause and to watch one of the best shooters in NBA history—if not the best shooter in NBA history—shoot around.
