Johnny Manzielmay be done in Cleveland because whether he showed up inebriated to a Browns practice or he didn't, it's clear that his insistence on partying and what appears to be a problem with alcohol isn't going away anytime soon.
Former WWE star Jake "The Snake" Roberts would seem to be an unlikely source to step up and offer Manziel any form of assistance, but in an interview with Rolling Stone, what Roberts said about the matter actually makes a little bit of sense.
"I'm trying to get ahold of Johnny Manziel, and I'm going to tell that boy, 'You need to get on Antabuse,'" Roberts says. "I understand where his head is at. I understand what it is to be Jake the Snake, or Johnny Football. You got all of these expectations from other people. Not just yourself, but other people. You start being the party guy for them." ...
Former addicts are usually the best-equipped to help those currently dealing with a particular disease. But the first step is admitting you have a problem, and it's unclear if Manziel has reached that point himself.
