Serena Williamsmay have been named Sports Illustrated's Sportsperson of the Year, but she did something decidedly unsportsmanlike at her own 5K charity race over the weekend.
In the middle of the Serena Williams Live Ultimate Run in Miami Beach on Sunday, Williams called it quits, and was spotted taking a taxi to make it to the finish line.
Williams wasn't trying to get over on anyone, and admitted in a video she posted to Facebook that she didn't run the whole way, while promising to do so next time.
We know Williams is certainly capable of running when she wants to, so maybe she just wasn't feeling it on this particular afternoon.
