The New York Knicks are starting this season at 4-6. It's not a terrible start, compared to last year's sideshow that only garnered them 17 wins total for the entire 2014-2015 season. Right?

Okay, let me just stop awhile I'm ahead. The Knicks are still the lovable losers of the NBA. They just can't hold onto a lead down the stretch against a good team like the Cavs on Friday night, where the Knicks shot just 4-21 in the fourth quarter.  Sure, they've had some tough breaks in which they almost won, but defense wins games, and they just can't cut it in that category either.

Second-year Knicks head coach Derek Fisher addressed his as well as his player's roles in their lineup schemes. He stated: "I have to do a better job of putting guys in position to be successful out there. They’re doing what we’re asking them to do."

Wow. It must be the mentorship of Phil Jackson that made Fish sound wise like this to make such insightful commentary on why they still suck. That's more than a penny. Rather, it's "Knick"-le for all New York basketball fan's thoughts on the road ahead this season.
