Knicks fans spent the summer fussing over having to get used to Kristaps Porzingis instead of Emmanuel Mudiay or Justise Winslow. They have to get over it — the NBA season is almost here.
Besides, Porzingis had a solid showing on Friday night against the Wizards. He finished with nine points (4-of-9 shooting), 10 rebounds, and two blocked shots. He also had a poster — erm, with him being on the unfortunate end. Blame it on Bradley Beal.
That's not really a good look if you're trying not to be the next Shawn Bradley.
But the Knicks will be good, though. They looked great against the Wizards, winning 115-104.
The Mets are in the playoffs. The Jets and Giants are looking good. New York is back, baby.
