When you go hard into a fight, it’s best to have backup, no matter how much of a brawler you think you are. Whether it’s to provide extra muscle or experience, go harder, or just to give you a breather, having a partner at the ready is the wise way to rumble. It’s an important enough principle when you’re in a pickle at a bar, but it’s infinitely more essential when you’re in an arena with 60,000 screaming fans, and a set of 300-pound behemoths staring you down from the opposite corner.

Today we’ve assembled a personality quiz to match you with one of two-dozen potential classic wrestlers, each of whom would have your back when you need it the most. Some are more recent. Some are more popular. But they’re all iconic in their own way. If you get paired with a wrestler you never liked, perhaps it really means you never liked yourself. Or not. We don’t know, we’re not psychologists.

We just know that it’s one thing to be paired with Stone Cold, it’s another to earn it (relative term) by matching up with his personality. Maybe he’s the perfect match for you, and maybe he isn’t. No doubt, not knowing is the type of thing that’ll gnaw at your soul until you take your last breath. Either suffer with that emotional baggage, or answer a few questions. If you want the truth, answer them honestly. If you can’t handle it, feel free to lie—but lie hard.
