Recently, Rick Ross stopped by HOT 97 where he spoke with Funkmaster Flex about this year's Miami Heat team, his stance on LeBron James' departure to Cleveland and his outlook on the franchise going forward.

On this year's Heat squad

“I feel like we’ll be more balanced this year,” Ross said. “You know, the big homie [LeBron], he's most definitely one of the greatest ever, if not the greatest. But he brings a lot of baggage, too.”

On James heading back to the Cavaliers

“I didn’t like it. I feel he had a lot of unfinished business."

Why do you think he left?

"I don’t know. And went back there? I wouldn’t did that for nothing.”

And this is where it gets interesting... if you have $100K lying around that you're willing to spend.  Check out what Ross threw out there when talking about the Heat:

“We most definitely finishing better than the Cavaliers. I’ll put a 100 grand on that.”

Somebody has to take Ross up on this wager. For now, we're looking at you, Floyd Mayweather. Right now, the Heat are 5-3 while the Cavs sit at 3-3. Who do you think ends up with the better record when the season comes to an end?
