As it has been documented time and time again, Jameis Winston has no time for your rules. Even when a man in a striped shirt attempts to stop him, Winston perseveres, because rules are are for the weak.

In the third quarter of an awfully tight game between Florida State and Boston College, Winston tried to rush up to the line and get off a quick snap to catch BC's defense out of position. This is something that is not allowed, and to prevent it from happening, the referee will commonly stand behind the center until the defense is set. He will then move out of the way.
But nothing can stand between Winston and his pigskin, so instead of patiently waiting for the ref to move out of the way, Winston tried to physically remove him from his position. You could almost hear Winston yelling, "Bro! Bro! Brobrobrobro! Move! I have to get the football! I want to call hike! Stop standing here! Stop it! Bro!"
To his credit, the ref stood his ground, and it made for quite the awkward sequence.
