Derek Jeter is in the midst of his last homestand as a member of the New York Yankees. With that in mind, the Yankees are pulling out all the stops with personalized bases which acknowledge some of The Captain's accolades throughout his 20-year career.

And they aren't alone. Prior to Friday's game against the Toronto Blue Jays, New Era CEO Chris Koch presented Jeets with a truly unique gift: the first-ever bronze version of the Yanks' traditional baseball cap.

In addition to that sweet prize, The Captain also received a $22,222 check for his TURN 2 Foundation. But wait, there's more.

The MLB has released a commercial of their own, honoring Jeter with appearances by the Angels' Mike Trout and Mo'ne Davis. Check it out below.
