Prior to Wednesday's game against the Seattle Mariners, the San Diego Padres remembered Tony Gwynn, who passed away two days ago at the age of 54. In addition to sporting a patch with the No. 19 on their jerseys, over their hearts, players and coaches also wore batting practice caps with the same patch with the home plate silhouette. After Mark Martinez, the man who will succeed Gwynn as San Diego State's baseball coach, threw out the ceremonial first pitch, the Padres showed a video of Mr. Padre's time with the organization through the years.

Following the video tribute, the Padres' players and coaches made their way his usual right field spot which had the No. 19 in the grass. All in all, it was an incredibly touching tribute. Check it out in its entirety below.
