The Boston Red Sox have scuffled to a 37-44 record so far this year as they defend their World Series title, but that didn’t prevent Mike Napoli from really enjoying his go-ahead home run in the top of the ninth last night against the Yankees. The homer gave the Sox the winning margin in their 2-1 victory, and as he returned to the dugout Napoli was overheard by Fox cameras saying this about Yankees’ pitcher Masahiro Tanaka:

Apparently, the first baseman didn’t think much of Tanaka’s pitch selection. In any case, after hearing Napoli’s comments all we could think of was this:

Mike Napoli and Chaz, cut from the same cloth.
