The term "scuffle" brings mere slap fights to mind. It sounds a bit ill-fitting at first, but that's what a lot of NBA fights amount to. This is because of a variety of reasons: the players not being about that life (see: Tyler Hansbrough), possible fines, or public image.
Paul George and John Salmons got into a "scuffle," and this time the reason it got cut short was because of true tough guy David West. The forward stepped in and raised his hand as if to say, "ENOUGH." As if they were staring at a true OG, the two obliged.
