It has been an offseason of highs and lows for DeSean Jackson. In late March, the Philadelphia Eagles officially announced that they cut Jackson after weeks of rumors regarding the wide receiver's future with the franchise. Shortly after the Eagles cut DeSean, a NJ.com article speculated on D-Jax's alleged connections to Los Angeles gang members which, regardless of whether it's true or not, was not a good look for Jackson after everything that happened with Aaron Hernandez. Luckily, the Washington Redskins weren't dissuaded by the rumors and inked the 27-year-old to a three-year, $24 million contract.
With everything that has gone on recently, Jackson sat down with Stephen A. Smith on SportsCenter to discuss a number of topics, including his last conversation with Eagles head coach Chip Kelly and of course, those gang ties allegations. Check it out in the above video.
