An off-the-backboard alley-oop to yourself? When you hear that, you'd immediately think someone was trying to do way too much or was in a slam dunk contest. That's not the case with the Grizzlies' James Johnson's move here though. After faking DeAndre Jordan, Johnson had a choice of either making a very awkward shot or scoring by making the highlight reel type of play. Creativity is often born out of necessity, and this Johnson move was very necessary. And brilliant, too. This guy was a D-Leaguer a while ago, folks.
