With only three wins this entire season, the New York Knicks have plenty of pent up emotions that they need to get out of their system. In the first quarter of tonight's game against the Brooklyn Nets, the Knicks bench LET IT ALL OUT after J.R. Smith broke the ankles of Shaun Livingston and followed it up by knocking down the long-range jumper. Peep that moment in GIF below.

There's just so much going on here. We got a J.R. air guitar, one dude just trying to get his own little spot to jump around and then there's Amar'e Stoudemire. You gotta appreciate STAT taking the cautious stand up and clap approach because there is a possibility that overly extending those knees could land him on the DL with the quickness.
