The Brooklyn Nets have been all over the place this season. After a horrendous start, the Nets have taken some steps forward just to find themselves taking steps back. Their 121-120 overtime loss to the Philadelphia 76ers was a microcosm of that.
The Nets played well enough to win despite missing Kevin Garnett and Joe Johnson, and even got a clutch three from Paul Pierce to give them the one-point lead late in overtime. Unfortunately, Evan Turner answered with a game-winning drive in this match of Titanic Atlantic Division struggle city competitors.
