Wide receiver Nate Burleson has been a beast for the Lions so far this season. His teammate Calvin Johnson might get more love from fans—and fantasy football players—but Burleson actually leads the Lions in receptions through the first three weeks of the season with 19 catches for 239 yards. That includes 6 catches for 116 yards in Detroit's 27-20 win over the Redskins on Sunday.

But unfortunately, Burleson is going to be stuck on the sidelines for awhile after suffering a broken arm in a one-car accident at about 2:30 a.m. today. Police have already come out and said that alcohol did not play a role in the crash. They also did not give Burleson a ticket for getting into the accident. But his agent told ESPN that Burleson actually broke his arm in two places and will need to have it repaired.

The Lions have not commented on the crash yet. We wish Burleson a quick recovery.
