Years active in the WWE: 1999-
You may have seen him making interjecting comments in VH1 specials like I Love the '80s and Best Week Ever. You may have seen him as the first contestant eliminated in the Simon Cowell produced Celebrity Duets on Fox losing to both Xena Warrior Princess and Carlton from Fresh Prince. You may have seen him hosting Downfall on ABC (which lasted five episodes) or Dancing With the Stars. If not, you can definitely see him hosting Robot Combat League on SyFy.
He's also an actor and not just in cheesy flicks trying to capitalize off his wrestling persona (though he was in MacGruber). He's done stage work in Canadian comedies and is even part of a sketch comedy troupe called The Sketchersons.
Jericho's autobiography (A Lions Tale: Around the World in Spandex) was a New York Times bestseller back in 2005; he since wrote a second book and is now working on a third. He was awarded Manitoba's Order of the Buffalo Hunt, "the highest honor the province could bestow upon an individual" (it was previously won by Jimmy Carter, Mother Teresa and Pope John Paul II). If that's not enough he co-owns D1 Sports Training and Therapy in Tampa, Fla. with Derrick Brooks, Tim Tebow and Chipper Jones.
He'll also apparently miss SummerSlam this year because he'll be on tour lead singing for his band Fozzy who've released six albums including their latest Sin and Bones in 2012. Though you got to wonder, if he lost to Carlton, how good can he be?
