After taking a kickoff return to the house, the Utah Blaze of the Arena Football League deserve to break out an elaborate touchdown celebration without receiving a flag for taunting or anything like that. Luckily, the Blaze ignored the penalty on the ensuing possession and went ahead with an elaborately awesome impersonation of "The People's Elbow," made famous by The Rock. Shout out to LaVaughn Macon, who plays the victim, and Shannon Tevaga who plays Rocky.
