Tony Dungy

Team: Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Year fired: 2002
Previous season: 9-7; Lost in wild card

The Philadelphia Eagles led to Tony Dungy's downfall. The dynamic duo of Andy Reid and Donovan McNabb embarrassed the Bucs two years in a row, in 2001 and 2002. Dungy would become the first Buccaneer coach to be fired with a winning record.
