A true force in the Steelers' run game for nearly a decade, it was only fitting that Jerome Bettis would go out on top. While he didn't score a touchdown in Super Bowl XL, he remained the driving force for the Steelers ground attack that he had been all season. By the time he was ready to call a close to his 13-year career, "The Bus" finished as the NFL's fifth all-time rusher with 13,662 yards and 91 touchdowns.
