Eagles running back LeSean McCoy is not having a very good month. About two weeks ago, Michael Vickbeat him in a highly-publicized 40-yard dash. And now comes the news that McCoy is being sued for allegedly assaulting a woman on a party bus and leaving her on the side of the New Jersey Turnpike back in December.

According to TMZ, the woman—who is identified as "Mary Roe" in court documents—filed a lawsuit against McCoy recently. In it, she claims that McCoy, his bodyguard, and several of his friends physically restrained her and poured water on her during a party bus trip from Philadelphia to New York City on December 18, 2012. And when she asked them to stop, she says that McCoy and his bodyguard had the bus pull over and leave her on the side of the NJT. After several other women who were also on the bus protested, McCoy reportedly had the bus driver turn around and pick her up. But rather than take her to NYC, McCoy dropped her off at the next rest stop and the group continued on.

As a result of the incident, Roe is suing McCoy for $50,000 for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, and negligence. She says that she suffered a variety of injuries, including head trauma and "severe shock," and wants McCoy to pay for what he did.

Stay tuned to see what the final verdict is in the case. Either, McCoy probably can't wait for May to be over.
