It's getting close to the NBA playoffs, and you're playing against an opponent you may be facing later in the postseason. Of course, you'd want to try to send a message. Completely violating one of them may be unnecessary though. Fun as hell to watch, but unnecessary.

Indiana's Paul George doesn't really care about necessity, though. He drove it in and mercilessly slammed it on Brooklyn's Jerry Stackhouse. The Nets did walk away with the 117-109 victory, but not without two casualties: Stackhouse and potentially Deron Williams as he hobbled off the court near the end of the game after getting hit in the knee and neck.
