After the Boston Marathon, many teams have acknowledged and remembered the tragic event, including last night where the New York Yankees played "Sweet Caroline" during their home game. Then, tonight, the Bruins played against Buffalo Sabres in the first home game in the city since Monday. Prior to the puck dropping, the National Anthem was sung by Rene Rancourt and everyone in the TD Garden sang along, creating an incredibly emotional event. Nothing like sports to bring together an entire nation.
