We're not going to sit here and lie to you: There's nothing particularly fascinating about this video of LeBron James. It's only 14 seconds long, and it only features Bron-Bron taking four hook shots. There are no defenders on the court. King James is damn near walking through the workout. And, a couple of the hook shots barely go in.

But, if nothing else, this video is proof that LeBron is, in fact, working on adding a hook shot to his arsenal, as we told you recently. And, it's also our first look at a shot that we're sure we're going to see plenty of times this season.

So, when LeBron hits one of these in the final seconds of Game 4 of the 2013 NBA Finals to give the Heat a 96-95 win and a commanding 3-1 lead over the Lakers, just remember where you saw it first, okay? Even if it doesn't look very exciting right now.
