We thought the idea of riding an ostrich for competitive racing was only a figment of our imagination. Guess we were wrong. A couple of days ago, Extreme Race Day at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minnesota took place and one of the highlights was the "Don't Lay an Egg Dash." Now, we don't know if this sport will ever catch on but with finishes like this one, we should see more ostrich races in the future. Sidebar: Trust us when we tell you that this one was a lot more entertaining than the camel racing that also took place that day.
