Who sent the Worldwide Leader In Sports three suspicious packages containing a mysterious white powder? That's what authorities are wondering after several mailroom employees at ESPN were exposed to a white powder that was found inside of three packages delivered to the network's mail facility earlier today. Those employees have been decontaminated and police have launched an investigation into the matter.

Curiously, the packages showed up at ESPN less than a week after several local schools in the area also received letters that contained a white powder. One of those letters reportedly contained a message indicating that al-Qaeda "is back."

Is this just a hoax? Probably. In fact, the ESPN PR department has already sent out a statement indicating that the mail facility is back up and running after tests were done on the white powder (they didn't specify what was found). But, stay tuned for more details as they become available.
