'80s babies are in for a treat, as Reebok is partnering up with 20th Century Fox to bring back a one-to-one retro of the Alien Stomper sneakers from James Cameron's 1986 sci-fi classic Aliens

The Reebok Alien Stomper was famously worn by Sigourney Weaver's Ellen Ripley character, while Lance Henrikson's Android Bishop opted for a mid top version. According to Fox Consumer Products, a proper Alien Stomper retro has been one of its most-requested licensed products, and now it's finally becoming a reality. As mentioned, these are an exact replica of the sneakers from the film, with plenty of attention to detail including Velcro support straps, accurate colors, and of course, the oversized ankle cut.

The retro arrives with perfect timing, as it will commemorate both the film's 30th anniversary and what has been dubbed "Alien Day" on April 26, a nod to the movie's fictional LV 426 planet. They'll be available from reebok.com and select Reebok stores on Alien Day for $175. If you don't think you can pull off the exaggerated profile, a mid top version will also be released.
